Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel, refund, or modify the order. Please review your cart, shipping address, product selection, and quantities carefully before completing payment.

By placing an order with Official Peptide Partners, you confirm that:

  • Products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human and non-veterinary purposes.
  • You have reviewed and confirmed the products, quantities, billing details, and shipping information before payment.
  • You understand that cancellations and full refunds are only available before shipment.
  • You understand that shipped orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every shipment is prepared, sealed, and packaged with care before dispatch. If your package is visibly damaged during transit or you believe you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

To report an issue, please email us with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the inner packaging
  • Clear photos of the product label or vial
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement or reshipment of the affected item. Replacement decisions are based on the details provided, shipment records, product photos, and order information.

No Returns After Shipment

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy helps protect product integrity, safety, and quality control.

Products that are sealed, sensitive, research-use, perishable, or not suitable for resale cannot be returned after leaving our facility.

Research Use Products

All products offered by Official Peptide Partners are intended strictly for research use only and are not for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before ordering and confirming that the purchase complies with applicable laws, regulations, and intended research-use requirements.

Shipping Issues

If a tracking update shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first and then contact us with your order details. We will review available shipment information and assist where possible.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refunds are not guaranteed.

Regulatory and Safety Exceptions

Some products may be exempt from cancellation, return, or cooling-off rights under applicable laws because they may be sealed, sensitive, perishable, or unsuitable for return due to health, safety, hygiene, or product integrity reasons.

For EU customers, certain goods may be exempt from the standard cooling-off period under Article 16(c) and Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback after placing a valid order may violate this Refund Policy and the sale agreement.

If a chargeback is filed, we may submit documentation to the payment processor or issuing bank, including:
